A few days ago I had a discussion with my friend, in which I told him a lot. But as I calmed down I realized that I had made a mistake. Then I said sorry to my friend and said that this will not happen again in future. Sometimes we say something in anger, but our 2 second anger can separate us from our friends, family and relations forever. That's why whenever we get angry, we should take a long breath and control ourselves.
