What It Really Means When You Have a Target on Your Back
By Nate & Christy Johnston (This was so timely for me today!) You are moving mountains the enemy is occupying. Your obedience is shifting spiritual atmospheres, tearing down strongholds, and disrupting the enemy’s plans. You are taking ground the enemy thought he owned. Every step you take is reclaiming territory for the Kingdom of God, advancing into areas the enemy has long held captive. You are moving out of survival into the freedom of the Lord. You are breaking free from cycles of fear, lack, and striving, stepping into the abundant life Jesus promised. You are a threat to the enemy’s plans. The enemy is targeting you because your obedience carries divine strategies that dismantle darkness. You are undergoing promotion and elevation. This season of warfare is preparing you for greater authority and influence. God is refining you for new levels of leadership. You are about to give birth to a new move of God. The intensity you feel is the spiritual labor leading to a release of new life, new vision, and new assignments. The enemy is attacking your voice and confidence because it is powerful. Your words carry heaven’s authority, and the enemy fears what will happen when you speak out in boldness. The mental warfare is designed to distract you from your assignment. Confusion, doubt, and fear are weapons the enemy uses to divert you from the path God has laid out for you. You are on the verge of breakthrough. The enemy’s resistance is often greatest just before the fulfillment of God’s promises. Your breakthrough is imminent. You are being prepared to lead others into freedom. Your battle is not just about you—it’s about the people you are called to deliver and lead into wholeness. The battle is confirmation of your calling. The intensity of opposition reveals the significance of your assignment. You are marked by God for a great purpose. The target on your back is evidence that the enemy sees you as a threat. You are being attacked not because you are failing, but because the enemy knows you carry the power to win.

Wow. So good!
Isolated marketing and sales tactics are out. Relationship-Driven Ecosystems are in.
Many wellness practitioners treat marketing and sales as separate tasks. A post here, an email there, responding to DMs when you can. It’s like juggling and hoping nothing drops. Sound familiar? That scattered approach is why so many practitioners feel burnt out and don’t see the growth they’re aiming for. But, what if you saw your marketing and sales as an interconnected ecosystem? Imagine each part of your business - content, automations, client follow-ups - working together, supporting, and amplifying the others. This small perspective shift can change everything. Here's what that looks like 👇 1. Automations do more than just send out replies. -> They create a seamless experience that feels personal and authentic. 2. Content isn’t just there to grab attention once. -> It’s designed to nurture, build trust, and lead to lasting client relationships. 3. Every interaction isn’t just a touchpoint. -> It’s a moment that deepens connection, strengthens trust, and shows you’re there to serve. Not just sell. Why does this matter? -> Because relationships drive ROI. <- When you genuinely serve without expectation, clients feel it. They know when your content and interactions are part of a bigger strategy rooted in understanding and value. That’s what makes your marketing more effective and your sales process feel natural. When your systems and automations are designed with a service-first mindset, they amplify your ability to connect without adding to your workload. Your ecosystem starts to work in harmony, and every piece becomes more powerful. Instead of endlessly chasing new tactics and busywork, build an integrated system that centers on authentic relationships. So, why should you care about this? The payoff isn't just in more sales, but a community of clients who trust you, share your work, and come back time and time again. Because at the heart of any successful wellness practice isn’t just a smart strategy. It’s the genuine connections you build that turn those strategies into something meaningful.

How Jesus Transformed Leadership
In today’s world, business and ministry often revolve around influence, productivity, and profit. Leaders chase metrics, build brands, and pursue growth. But look at Jesus’ life, and we see a radically different approach. His model was as revolutionary then as it would be now, standing in stark contrast not only to today’s ideals but also to the Roman power structure of His time. Jesus led by serving others, not by chasing status or wealth. Instead of financial security, He trusted in God’s provision, reminding us that purpose-driven influence holds more lasting impact than profit alone. While the Romans built an empire through power and control, Jesus built a legacy of compassion and empowerment. Imagine leading in a way that lifts people up rather than holding power over them. Jesus’ approach shows us that the true path to lasting influence is by investing in others, focusing on people over profit, and building a community of purpose. As we step into a new year, let’s remember His example. The greatest legacy we leave is rooted in service, not status. What say you?

Beautifully said. Amen!
Have you noticed the 🔥 emojis??
The🔥 gets added to your name when you have 10 or more activities anywhere on the Skool platform for 30 days straight - miss one and you have to start all over!! It draws attention to your name and kinda makes you feel sad if you lose it!!! What counts as an activities? 1) Posting 2) Commenting 3) Reacting to your own posts & comments 4) Reacting to others' posts & comments 5) Might be more, but I can't remember and the first 3 make it super easy to catch 🔥 as long as you check out the platform every day!! The 🔥 follows you wherever you are on Skool so any group you're active in counts towards it!! How do you know how many actions you've got and how many days? Click on your profile and hover your mouse over the green squares - that little black box will pop up and give you the info you need to ensure you're on track! I haven't been able to figure out how to tell the number of activities on my phone yet, but you can see what shade of green your square is on every day to get a quick idea if you need to get busy! Can't wait to get mine back!!!

The Power of Collaboration
Collaboration is one of the most powerful tools we have, yet it’s often underutilized because we get so caught up in doing things on our own. But here’s the thing—true growth happens when we come together. When we collaborate, we gain access to new perspectives, ideas, and skills that can propel us further than we ever could alone. Think about it: no one person has all the answers. But when we pool our strengths, knowledge, and resources, we fill in the gaps for each other. That’s when innovation happens. That’s when big leaps are made, and we start seeing results that actually last. Here are a few ways to make the most of collaboration: 1. Know your strengths (and your weaknesses): When you know what you bring to the table, you can contribute with confidence. But equally important is knowing where you need help. Be honest with yourself and others about what you’re not so great at—that’s where collaboration shines. 2. Create space for open communication: Collaboration is about more than just working together; it’s about communicating effectively. Make sure everyone feels heard and that ideas are shared openly without fear of judgment. 3. Be willing to learn: Collaboration isn’t just about sharing what you know; it’s also about being open to learning from others. Every collaboration is an opportunity for growth, so approach it with curiosity and a willingness to grow. 4. Celebrate wins together: Whether big or small, every success is worth celebrating as a team. Acknowledging contributions boosts morale and strengthens the collaborative spirit. In a world that often pushes us toward competition, let’s lean into collaboration instead. How can we combine our strengths, our ideas, and our resources to create something greater than we could alone? Tell us below what skills you bring to the table and how you can help, then let us know one thing you need help with.

Skills I bring to the table: OPTIMIZING almost anything (copy, messaging, funnels, systems, processes, workflows, websites/landing pages, social profiles, etc.). I love to help make things better, more effective, more impactful, more beautiful, more efficient, more streamlined, more transformational, better converting. More specifically - Some skills: · OBM (online business management) - untangling tech, systems & processes · Social Media content creation (text, photos w/image, videos) · Podcast everything (set up, production, PR) · Video editing and re-purposing · Speaker Coaching (fine-tune your talk, presentations, keynotes to transform and convert). What I need help with: Figuring out how to bridge from my good-paying job at a B2B Marketing Agency to the time-money freedom to pursue serving kingdom-called speakers, podcasters and authors get their message out as well as my own. I hold back from being visible, putting out offers, and taking on client work because of bandwidth (and because I like to do things with excellence) but at some point, I need to replace and exceed my paycheck/benefits. Before I can do that, I need to earn back the big investments I made in myself and business (pay off business debt). I trust God's timing and provision and yet right now (a lot of the time) it feels like staring up at a rock cliff.

I untangle TECH for speakers & podcasters to move faster with less cost & frustration. I also polish the message to move, transform, and sell!
