Don't serve everyone (Mistake I made)
I did something early in my skool journey that held me back. Hopefully, it can help someone who is just starting out I started with a community that was very niched down and very specific to 1 avatar. For context, this is for a free group Then I thought that I could get more sign-ups if I made the community about a broader subject, and I did. I almost doubled my members, but I had a diverse blend of people inside my group and a course that couldn't help everyone. It was a mess. All of my members wanted different things and had different goals. I then realized my mistake when no one was happy or seeing results in my group. So I rebranded AGAIN back to the original topic and lost many members, but the people who stayed are now seeing more results than before. I now have 1 type of avatar in my group, everyone is at the same place striving for the same goal. My community is the best its ever been and I feel now that I have the 10 true regulars in my group who are all interacting and posting every day. Hope this helps for people just starting!
