With summer approaching in a few months, would this be a good niche to go into for new home owners? Mostly, I am planning to partner up with Solar panel installation companies to help get leads for them. Maybe charging these companies $3K/mo if i can at least get 1 or 2 leads for them. How do i get a list of all the homes in America that doesn't have a solar roof panel yet and then extract their home phone? How should we automate phone calls to these home owners by asking them, "Would you be interested in our solar roof program?" Should this be automated using a bot or should we hire Indians or Filpinos from upwork to do cold calls to all US households?

what is a niche?[like can you explain me this thing like a am baby cause i am here with most probably 0 knowledge] what are some things you need to excel in your selected niche? [i know putting time and effort is needed] is home designing a good niche? like talking to people on how they can improve their home or room designs etc what are you guys thoughts on it? thank you for hearing and responding to my problems.
