What are you replacing your bad habits with?
Perhaps the most important step in quitting addictions is replacing them. For me, I was able to quit my bad habits by spending most of my time on content creation online, and the other activities included working out/exercising, reading, and sleeping earlier. My bad habit is procastination and lack of selfdiscipline. I usually play the guitar or just do strenous exercises these days. Has helped me a lot.
