Campaign Automation
Hello, I have one query about Campaign. Suppose I have a tag called XYZ and I already have started the campaign targeting audience XYZ. I have added some templates and I have done automation that after few days email will be forwarded automatically. If I create new lead and apply the tag XYZ, will the automation apply to the new lead or not? Please advice!

Hello @Aman Patel In response to your query, if you apply a tag to a new lead while a campaign is running, the new lead will also be added to the checklist to receive emails.

@Aman Patel Sir, The new leads will automatically follow the existing campaign sequence and receive the same email templates as the existing leads, in the same order.

Hi @Akshay Kale Sir, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please share screenshots of the error & your Campaign URL to help us. In response to your query, Currently, unsubscribing isn't available on the user's end but you can do so from the campaign detail view. We have this point in our roadmap. We'll keep you updated!
Campaign messages creation error
I created WA campaign on 7th September with 0 days interval(same day message creation). but the messages are created with 8th September date. and in mobile app they are not visible on 7th sep date. What could be the reason? is it a bug? Attached the screen-shot of campaign.

Why do we have Leads & Opportunities in Campaign Module
@Pavan Joshi : Why do we have Leads & opportunities modules in Campaign. Does it mean if we have send any campaign and leads are generated then it should be created from that campaign. A little explanation will help.

Regarding your inquiry, - I'd like to clarify that the Leads and Opportunities modules are included to show how they are related to the Campaign module. - These modules represent leads or opportunities for a specific campaign and are displayed in the corresponding subpanel. - But this will only work when you have added a field for the campaign module in the Lead and Opportunity modules. User-wise Mail Campaign
Dear Team, I Want to create a campaign that will assign it to other users and when that user runs the campaign the emails will be sent from that user's mail id, different users will have different mail IDs and when they run the campaign Mails will be sent from the user's mail id that campaign has been assigned to, Is it possible?

Good Evening, @Sahil Sama Sir! To create a campaign where emails are sent from the user's mail ID, follow these steps: - Create different tags for users to categorize them. - Customize templates with each user's "From Email ID" and "From Name" for personalized communication. - Assign campaigns to respective users. Please Note: This functionality requires SendGrid Configuration in your Email settings. As SMTP does not support sending emails from different email IDs.
