hi, here is an anatomic variant of an far distal hypertrophic tendon insertion of the semimembranosus (either direct or inferior arm). I have seen it a few times, also we had 2-3 times this variant in the Virtual MSK Fellowship. since I am busy I try to crowdsource this, can you find my a reference for this variant?
