Bio: This area needs some work!

Bio: Just relocated to Denmark, the country, last year. Been "hacking" my health for years, no longer taking thyroid meds, what to keep it that way. :)

Bio: 60 yr old married to same man for 35 years and he's very supportive. Have 4 sons. I want to lose weight for good this time.

Bio: Retired. I like to road trip! I like to make things. I enjoy seeing the USA.

Bio: I'm 54, married and retired in 2020. I am a certified Life Coach. I love God, family and helping others. I am not new to ketogenic, but I do struggle.
