Counting Protein and other calories
Looking for suggestions on how to do this efficiently. We eat out most days which makes it even more complicated, but will try to modify that asap.

Not an expert but something that helped me Immensely was tracking what I ate with an app like MyFitnessPal (use the free version) - also weighing what I ate for a period of time really got me to visualize how much I was eating and what I needed to change to hit my goals.
