Thank you for confirming what I already expected to be the case (as a holder of a plenty of IT related certifications, including some which have 'security' in the name). I don't have a mainstream security certification and don't want to waste the considerable time and billable hours in chasing one - my clients to date haven't cared and I've done enough certification nonsense in past to expect the farce which you've confirmed. I'd rather spend my professional development efforts on your actually-useful-rather-than-exam-fodder material.
