How can you transfer a company to another person?
is there a video on the topic? Are there taxes on the transfer? Does the company have to be sold or can it simply be transferred? Where can you read about it and how does it work in a close corporation, because after all, there are normal shares or not? Would that then be a kind of “gift to another person”?

@Paola Moreno ok he said there is a lot of things to consider there... thats what i thought. The Tax thing isnt the major problem i think but more interesting would be to know if i can "give" my corp to another person by selling or as a present. I am actually just selling the shares right? And if the corp holds an llc of course there is no change in the ownership of the llc because the corp still is the owner. 🤔
Just use Wise Business, and no real bank account if rejected by Mercury?
Hi all. I come from Europe and I'm a former student in US so I do have a SSN, which makes life slightly easier to open an LLC. I was just about to open a close multimember LLC in WY. However, after watching all JB videos on banks and address issues, I'm not sure what to do. I do have friends whose addresses I could use, but none of them is in WY. I'm thinking of just opening the LLC, and trying my luck with Mercury. If not, a Wise Business Account alone would be enough for me to receive payments from Europe. I don't see why a bank account would be needed. My plan is to just divert that money from wise account to investments (crypto and stocks). Anyone with similar issues?

Regarding the WISE-Topic in general: Do you already have a USD account on Wise? Depending on your location you can be lucky if it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNyVHlZtko0 JB did a Video to that topic. And from my own exp.: It is very hard to find a provider who accept money transfer from wise. Binance f.e. does not work. Coinbase the same...
To the Online-Marketing People here...
What can I do if Meta says something like: "We closed your Ad´s Account because your Card (from wich you are paying our bills) is in a different location then your place where you live..." ? Did that ever happen to someone of you? 🤔

Non-Resident LLC - Need Payment Processor for Online Coaching Business
-I opened a stripe account, it worked for a month then they shut me down saying I was considered high risk. I'm a dating & relationship coach. -I'm from Australia and my single member LLC is registered in Wyoming with a registered agent. -My question is to anyone that's been considered high risk, what payment processor have you been able to sign up to and keep open without being shut down?

@Harley Conway-James yes is tried it. it worked for my usecase but since i am physically located in europe i have other options as well. I know that airwallex is a big upcoming thing for people from the far eastern world like china singapur philippines etc. and of course australia tooo. because the foundes of airwallex actually had no solution for a money transfer from china to australia thats why they build their own. thats what i have read somewhere. I got an other option too maybe for you coming from canada.

@Harley Conway-James can you keep me in the loop regarding airwallex. I'm interested in finding out if it works for your use case so that I can recommend it to others if necessary. That would be great. Thanks in advance
Wise US dollar Account
Since Wise have halted the opening of US Dollar accounts, what have everyone been doing to get US Dollar accounts (for non-US residents)? Any way around this with Wise?
