Work days... Hot Lemon water first thing with All spice. Yogurt Greek, granola! Mixed crushed nuts and seeds. Black Earl grey tea. Non work days Black Earl grey Tea and toast with tahini and honey or butter!
A few ideas thanks. I'll make my lemon water before bed, I'll add extra nuts and flax to my Greek yogurt with some frozen berries. I must look up the amount of protein in the portion of Greek yogurt and get the measurement of nuts right.
