Whatever deeds you perform, whether good or bad, will ultimately return to you by the will of Allah.

The goodness and kindness you spread in the world, Allah will reward you for it in this life and the next. As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, 'Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.' (Tirmidhi) Your acts of kindness will return to you in the form of blessings, mercy, and forgiveness from Allah, insha'Allah.
