Very nice, Rick, welcome! Be on the lookout for an update from me and more content soon. Feel free to post any questions to you have to community.
Check Out Midjourney's Crazy New Features!
1) Image Editor: This lets you upload images and easily repaint/modify specific areas/elements in a scene. Why is this useful: You can refine design concepts, or add/discard features without starting from scratch, saving us a ton of time. 2) Image Retexturing: Retexturing means you can turn an image of a sketch of a 3d model (without textures) into a realistic photograph. Midjourney now generates the most photo-realistic 2d AI images on earth! Why is this useful: To quickly explore different material options or lighting setups for a space (& helping clients visualize alternative designs fast). Currently Midjourney has only made these features accessible to; - People who have generated at least 10,000 images - People with yearly memberships - People who have been monthly subscribers for the past 12 months But I'm sure everyone with the typical monthly subscription will be able to access these features very soon. Here are some before & afters:

@Elliot Osborne, I saw the update to Midjourney and it looks amazing! Like you shared in the first image, I have seen the best progress in AI images when wanting to edit the interior design of a space. This could include changing the style, furniture, or adding contents to a space from scratch.

Hey Elliot, thanks so much for joining! I would enjoy connecting on if and how you've put being an architect together with being an AI programmer.
