Signed up today for “ Rent Reporters” which is a company that helps you build and improve your credit by adding HISTORY to it by paying your rent on time. You have to verify your land lords info, rent amount & lease date from begging to end. It can go back as much as 2 years back in rent payments . Landlord must verify! I will be adding my honest opinion & see if it’s actually helpful or not in the future .

Saturday 10/19/2024 I was fortunate to attend the WGT Summit hosted by @Christopher Hernandez & his beautiful wife!! The first speaker was Sergio Melgar aka El Cheko!!! This man has had barbershops for over 20 years and a few takeaways that I took from his speech is that no matter what we do in life we need to: 1. Inspire each other 2. Discipline yourself 3. Stay Motivated He also stressed on the importance of making your money work for you & don't waste your time on social media unless it's going to benefit you!! Look up the book called THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON 🔥
