I'm Alex Ortiz. I'm a computer engineer in NYC. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Usually the week starts off legs, then chest, shoulders/triceps, back/biceps, then full body focusing on abs. Also do cardio everyday after the workout for 30min.
