what's the best way to go about sync licensing? I have plenty of songs I feel like would be great for shows or movies and I've been hearing this is a great way to start seeing real money of your music. Part of me just wants to keep dropping and once I get that notoriety it'll be a lot easier but I also feel like I've been dropping to the same/slightly bigger crowds. Kind of feel like I should push my old product hard than once I see real traction of that I can hit em with the new shit. Any advice? Preciate it in advance

what's up yall I don't think I made a post yet but I'm Nico, artist name Nicodagoat based in Atlanta. Appreciate being allowed in here, the YouTube videos are like bible scriptures. First question I have for the community is for any advice on scheduling tours as an indie artist? I'm starting to get a few shows now in Atlanta and I've done two in Birmingham but I want to try for other cities too. I have a nice looking EPK I would say but the venues don't hit back. Is it just a "not big enough" thing or just about finding the right venues? How have y'all gone about it successfully? Second question is what would you guys say is the best way to learn to mix and master? I have a good mic and set up but I usually record myself on GarageBand. Should I just YouTube it? Hello peeps. I saw something incredible today that I just have to share. I check my Spotify for Artist every day. This morning was no different. I noticed that in the last 28 days 4625 people listened to my latest single, "My Way", and 4,499 of them saved it. That's a save rate of 97%. I can't believe it. It seems crazy. I noticed that people are streaming the song 3 to 4 times. I'm excited but in disbelief.
