My 90 Day Music Goal
The deadline has been set to September 8th 2024 and my goal is to finish 6 high quality tracks that can be released in the 90 days. I currently am able to finish 1 track a month so doubling that to 2 a month meets the criteria of making me feel slightly uncomfortable. One of my main goals for joining the program is to produce music faster than I currently do. I know to accomplish this I need a solid system and work flow. I am exited but nervous at the same time. I am still battling my inner demons and trying to get my mindset sorted out. This I know is a process. I am all in so here we go! Update 8-16-24 : Just a quick update on my progress. I have 5 of my 6 tracks to the mixing stage. I need to write and finish 1 more track then mix and master all 6 of them. I have 3 weeks left so I feel this is very doable! This has been an exciting journey and has produced results that I really can not believe and still in shock of how the process eases so many of my past struggles. Update 8-24-24: Another quick update. I have my 6 tracks completed and 2 of the 6 are mixed. I have 2 weeks left to get the other 4 mixed and get them self mastered. I am not worried about finishing up this goal. I am really excited to finish this project and hear everything together. Update 9-7-24: Well, here we are the day before my deadline! I just put the finishing touches on the final track of the EP and have it mixed and mastered. With that I am done and hit my goal. This was an amazing journey and now that I have a system down I am excited for new projects in the future.

@Victor Luigi Once I fully engaged with the system and got comfortable it was easy to see that this could work and as it worked it built more and more momentum and excitement which kept me motivated which keeps one inspired.

Thank you for this! Very thorough and interesting to see. In my 90 day challenge I actually have 2 tracks I completed that were inspired by old video games. One used a partial chord progression and some of the arrangement ideas and another used a few chiptune inspired sounds for the main parts. This was very cool!
This I find interesting.
There's variations and key change to keep me interested. Melody is a bit odd and that brings a bit of surprise to it. Don't know who this is. https://youtu.be/Fw1-oiz4zNw?si=idVW4cGtnqnPDpxs

This sounds very interesting, one thing I have always wanted a better understanding of are the modes and how to use them effectively in electronic music styles.
