For those who've bought and sold groups... What are the best practices? - Warm up period? - Transferring groups? - Written agreements? Share your thoughts here...๐๐๐
I have written agreements. I don't typically "buy" groups, I acquire them by helping the owner monetize the group through various methods. For example, there's a 380k member group that I acquired a few months ago. I talked to the owner, built rapport, analyzed her metrics, showed her how we would monetize, brought on some partners, papered the deal, and got to work. We've had two promos so far that have generated a few grand. But now that we know what we know, our next promo should do at least six figures in revenue. When it does, we all share in the revenue generated.
Women's group for 30+ aged ladies. Based in New Zealand with members around the world. SUPER active group. The owner is desperate to monetize the group. 32,000 members Lots of different topics of discussion from beauty, relationships, making money, etc. Owner has group member email list as well. DM me if interested.
