So good! I always say sales is creating an environment where people feel empowered to make a decision (whether yes or no!) for their own reasons. It’s not about manipulating or persuading or pushing. When I started going into sales conversations with the intention of helping them make a decision that was best for them things really started shifting. If you have to pull somebody in, you’re gonna have to pull them along. We’re not here to pull anybody anywhere.
