Hi everyone, my name is Amy, and it's nice to meet you all 😊 My main fitness challenge is to improve my food preparation and nutrition so I can consume enough calories and protein for healthy and strong gains. I have been training since 2020, and I initially started on a body building program with a PT near my local area. However, I switched to the Red5 Glute Gladiator program last year and I have seen significant improvement in my overall strength and gained a healthy 5kg during this time (slowly working towards 100kg DL as my ultimate goal). I'm quite petite person so I never would have imagine being able to DL 75kg until just recently! I'm actually currently on the last week of package 3 (hopefully there's a sale soon so I can get another program haha). My main motivation for training is to improve my overall health, strength and well-being. Working in a corporate environment does wild things to your physical and mental health when it's a sedentary and stressful environment, but training allows me to combat that. ☺ I'm hoping this community can help me with the nutrition aspect of training, and provide some workout tips!
