keep: the positive attitude I have been building Get ride of: The negative self sought that the plans have won't workout. Adjust: when thing do go as planned and her ready to still get the task done because it an adition to the goal.

This illustration is great, I watched a movie and it was a high jacked plane and they went off grid for a little bit at a time so that they could land else where. But the traffic control couldnโ€™t tell. I have been studying sleep improvement and the habit of sleep for a few months now and the information is mind blowing ๐Ÿคฏ how over time the lack of sleep can cause diseases, premature death, gain weight but itโ€™s the over time that adds up that I am intrigued by. @Khedi Z.
