It was very challenging in the beginning. I started it due to some health issues. It was difficult at first since I was on a Keto diet. Then I transitioned to an animal based diet and I still wasn’t feeling my best. I finally decided to start the carnivore diet and I feel great. The first two weeks were the most challenging for me. I had to eliminate snacking completely. That alone was hard to do. After the two weeks, I no longer craved sugar and chips. I lost weight naturally but my health has improved significantly. Just stick with it and you will see what a difference it makes with your health and mental health.
