Bio: I’m 63 and teying to loose some weight and gain muscle and get healthier. Cholesterol is up so I’m working on that too.

Bio: A year ago, started eating high fat/low carb. I lost 50 pounds, then hit a plateau.I finish this weight loss journey by my 55th birthday in January.
