Hey everyone quick little quiz for everyone. What methods have you tried already in order to change your weight and health e.g diets, Gym pills, trainers, doctors , surgeries? And what has been the biggest struggle during using these methods?
I've tried weight watchers, keto with intermittent fasting, water fasting, gym (didn't last long) fast burner, weightloss pills (can't remember the name) I won't have anything to do with Dr's (0% trust in them)
@Romeo Yusupov Took me 35yrs just to kick my addiction to alcohol & 40yrs to kick smoking. Best decision of my life. Now it's time to work on my kai intake or should I say "the right kai & amount"😬
