Thank you, I could not make that work, however… I was able to access d-id through Canva and get it done. The result was hilarious, but I do not know if it's cool to post a link here, for that video

Chat GPT to Word
When I copy and paste from Chat GPT to Microsoft Word it comes into Word with a very light grey background behind the text. How do I either stop that.. or change it once in Word to have a white background? TIA

What is the Best AI to Edit an Image
I have an image which contains a picture of a woman, and I want to change that picture to a FemBot. Does anyone know which is the best image creator to do this? Thank you

From what I understand… The AI makes it up from the information in its database. I haven't done much with it yet, but I like Leonardo. Seems to be just as good as MidJourney, but it is free so far. Simple to use. Just go to YouTube and watch a few simple videos on Leonardo if you have not done so already, and it will blow your mind. Enjoy…

Web Scraping Problem
I am using ChatGPT 4 and Scraper and I’m Trying to collect all the Real Estate Agencies in a given city, to extract… Agency name, leader’s name, email address and phone number, however Scraper Will Not Go Deeper into the Website for the Information. For example going to a contact page to go for the info, or to the “our agents” page to count the realtors. Any ideas?
