'Fix your Instagram' Tutorial Request
In my attempts to copy the IG Testimonials, I've not quite managed to capture the same quality in my own photos. Could I kindly request a simple step by step breakdown of how to get high quality photos? 1. Camera Choice (Is it necessary to use a professional camera or is an iPhone good enough?) 2. Camera Settings (Portrait mode - Yes or No? Colour Settings?) 3. Perspective: Angle of Camera? Distance between Camera, Subject (Me), and Background? 4. Photobombers: How to minimise their occurrence - especially in busy locations? 5. Editing (What editing app to use? Any filters used?) I realise there most likely isn't a 'One Size Fits All' but my aim isn't to be a professional photographer. I just want a solid Instagram that does the job.

@Kyle Mullaney Thanks for some solid pointers! Will have to put them into practice.
TV for MOA 📺
TV is mostly good for entertainment and relaxing after a long day, but occasionally some shows & movies come along which are great as a resource for guys who are looking to improve themselves socially and broaden their network. Love Island is actually one show which is great for observing interpersonal dynamics between high status influencer types, to learn how people of this level interact with each other, and what they find attractive. What TV shows & movies have you guys found to be a help in your journey to social mastery ?

Game of Thrones - Machiavellianism Tiger King - 'Status is Status' Tinder Swindler - Evo Psych Side note - majority of media content (Film, Series, Music etc) is inherently Blue Pill. I don't think that's necessarily bad, so long as you view it with a Red Pill lens. Because it gives us an insight into how normies view the world. Friends for example is a horrible series when taken at face value. - 3 guys and 3 girls just happen to fall for each other? - Ross simping hard enough to get a shot with his sister's best friend? But when you realise this is the dream that people wanna be sold, it gives you a frame of reference as to how best to conduct yourself.
Saw this on X (Twitter) and just had to show you guys

Best photo?
Please help me choose which variant I should go with for my first IG post! Still thinking of captions. At the moment I'm liking 'In a state of flow' alluding to the water stream but feel free to suggest anything wittier.

Thank you. I do like the location a lot - might have to return and try a few different things.

@Broque Whiteside Thanks for the feedback. A lot of the others have echoed a similar sentiment. I must say though, I only took inspiration from many of the MoA IG Testimonials. There are numerous examples where the person is a very tiny proportion of the photo and the background does most of the heavy lifting in making it a good photo. Example 1, Example 2, Example 3 Why do these examples work well despite going against the advice I've received?
When is the best time to wake up?
In the world of Entrepreneurship, there is a hustle culture where guys seemingly want to outcompete each other based on how early they're waking up. And to be fair, a lot of the most successful entrepreneurs report waking up extremely early. So much so, Robin Sharma even wrote an entire book called 'The 5 AM Club'. Perhaps they get a lot of deep work done without any distractions when the rest of the people around them are fast asleep. In contrast, in the world of high status networking and event hosting, the work takes place at night! (Perfect for a night owl like myself) In the same vain as a particular choice of diet, any lifestyle change that is going to be beneficial, is the one that a person can be most CONSISTENT with. There's no point saying 'I'm gonna wake up at 3am every day' when I can realistically only do that once or twice a week. I guess the answer depends on 'How are you SPENDING your waking hours?' So long as a person gets the work done and takes action - who cares WHEN that happens? But where is the overlap between the two ends of the spectrum where you have all these entrepreneurs waking up anywhere between 3 am - 6 am, and us guys in MOA who wanna leverage a social lifestyle thus necessitating a very contrasting sleep schedule?
