1-RH calcified congenitaly deformed HV Senile 2-depend on sevirity Syncopal attack , angina SOB MI and sudden death 3-ventricular hypertrophy leads to low coronary blood flow leads to MI and also pulmonary hypertension 4-mechanical: Warfarin use Easy to insert Risk of thromboembolism Risk of bleeding Long durability Tissue: No warfarin only first 3 months Difficult to insert Small risk of thromboembolism Small risk of bleeding 5-valve replacement either by tissue or prosthetic valve 6-balloon valvluplasty TAVR 7-remove the valve 8-septic foci , valve dehiscence With no blood supply it will form a biofilm that is difficult to treat with antibiotics 9-staph epidermis 10-fungal infection Candida Aspergillus Microsporum Tricosporum Epidermophyton
