Great User Experience = Key
Outreach tips/advice
I recently launched my community and literally starting out with variations of instagram DM outreach. Tried various approaches. Some brief, others with questions and some on value. My goal is to build up a bit of an Instagram following long before I use tools like many chat. Is this too slow? Also know it's a numbers game so it's a looooong road ahead. Appreciate any help. J

@Justin Rooschuz Friendly Reminder that business is a marathon - not a sprint. :) Keep focusing on improving the message, and volume. IG outreach can be a good start. Let me ask you: How many messages you shoot a day? How many of these messages turned into community members?

@Justin Rooschuz I understand your frustration, but sending just 10 DMs a day isn’t enough. You need to be sending at least 100 DMs per day to really get a feel for what works and what doesn’t. Commit to sending 100 DMs per day. This may seem like a lot, but it’s necessary to gather enough data and feedback. The more people you reach out to, the higher your chances of finding interested customers. Then you refine your message! (every 100 DM batches maybe) Pay attention to how people respond to different messages. Experiment with different approaches and see what resonates most with your target audience. This will help you refine your pitch and make it more compelling. :) Also do not source it out. Engage in conversations! People are more likely to respond and engage with someone who shows genuine interest in their needs and challenges. :) ProTip: Consider using tools like ScoreApp to create assessments that help you understand what your target audience really wants. This can provide valuable insights and help you tailor your offerings to better meet their needs. I personally use ScoreApp and LOVE it! You can get started for free too. One you get enough quality leads you can upgrade if needed. You will get 50% your first month with my link here. https://share.scoreapp.com/59cecf22 I hope it helps! :) Remember, the journey to success involves persistence and adaptability. Keep pushing forward, and you’ll start to see progress, amigo! :)
Day 4 on skool
Set up my first funnel and got 19 clicks into it and 4 people that put in there info. Put it out on linkedin and Facebook in the Matt Gray style post. Seems to be super effective it’s just goes with building up my community and finding the people that are genuinely interested in what we’re up to. Got someone to level 2 in my community which is exciting working on engagement some more.

@Braden S. Watt Wow, that sounds amazing! Getting 19 clicks and 4 leads from your first funnel is a great start. Keep up the good work on LinkedIn and Facebook. :) Keep building your community and focusing on engagement to move more people to level 2. Consistency and regular posts will pay off! Great job, Mate! 🚀
A little all over the place!
My ads have been running for 3 days I currently have 30 super hot leads, I have called half of them. I will call the other half tomorrow. So far I have people Getting ready to make payment this weekend to get started. I’m super exited. However I am a little nervous, not because I don’t know what I’m selling. As a matter of fact I’m very confident in my skills and my ability to explain how to do things. However, how do I insure my students are successful and when your doing live coaching how many students is to much when you want to make sure you teach everyone what’s needed? Should I just wing it and test the waters or should I have a more educated plan. I should have at least 5-10 new clients by Monday starting my first class and I really do believe I can increase sales on demand due to my already running successful campaigns. I say successful because I’m already at $1.76 per lead. Lead quality on a 1-10 a 9 for sure. Super hot leads. However I don’t want to over do it, then give a shitty class to my clients. Any advice is appreciated, And I mean ANY! Thank you guys! 🙏 Im 100% new so any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @Ovidio Garcia Good to hear that leads are not the problem. :) I am not 100% sure what you offer, but to ensure your clients are happy and see results, I would suggest implementing a Scorecard or Quiz. Why? Well, this can help you to Measure Progress and gather Data: -> Track your clients' understanding and progress throughout your coaching. -> Identify Gaps by quickly identify areas where your clients need more help, allowing you to adjust your approach. And also to keep your clients engaged by providing them with clear, measurable goals. Additionally, I would start with smaller groups (5-10 students) to ensure you can provide personal attention and maintain quality. (Put the rest on the waiting list, so you keep them warm and get back to them when you want to) The goal really is to gather Data & Feedback. After each session, collect feedback and use it to continuously improve your coaching. I suggest you record the coaching and learn from it afterwards. I hope by focusing on these areas, you can ensure that your clients are successful and satisfied, and that your coaching sessions remain high quality. I personally use ScoreApp.com. You can start free and if you decide to upgrade you get 50% for the first month. https://share.scoreapp.com/59cecf22 (affiliate link) Let me know, if this helped you. :) You've got this, amigo! 🚀
