I'll be the first to share! My name is Ben but I mainly go by my nickname Bender. I started my fitness journey exactly 6 years ago and stumbled my way into a gym, 5'10" 125lbs at the time looking to put on size and build muscle. I made just about every mistake in the book and have made it a goal to help others make progress and avoid those pitfalls I had experienced. Flash forward I currently sit at 196lbs (time to trim down lol), work as a personal trainer, and am finishing up a masters in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Performance.
