Hi Sisters!! My name is Rebecca. We too recently moved to San Antonio from Arizona last October. We left all our friends and family out in AZ and came to Texas where we knew no one. For 4 years we kept praying for God to show us where to move. We dreamed of having acreage and giving our kids a lifestyle that didn’t involve small backyards and tablets. We assumed we’d move to Houston (where my aunt lives) or Orlando (where my sister lives) but God had other plans. We visited San Antonio as a pit stop on our way back to phoenix last summer and an overwhelming peace fell over my husband and I. We just knew this was the city and God opened all the doors for us to move here within a month. To the outside it made no sense. We got so many unsolicited opinions but we knew it was the right thing to do. So here we are 10 months later and God has been so good. I’m so excited God brought Amanda in my life and she invited me into this community! I can’t wait to connect with other Christian mamas/sisters and to be encouraged by one another in faith!
