I think you need to be open to learning more than one AI/Automation platform. The space is moving fast so focusing on only one might leave you in the dust.

If I need a generative AI or something similar to create fictitious data that can create thousands of rows in csv or json format for a table, what tool do you recommend?

Have you tried Make or Zapier? These tools can interact with OpenAI and other LLM's to generate data/content, format it, and send to a backend data store. Here's a simple example https://youtu.be/1ordwI5W_RQ
