Welcome. Please read this post before doing anything else.
START HERE: Watch the onboarding video here: https://www.skool.com/bgp/classroom/89b7d3c7?md=d1395901b5004d25b992bb70fde34c1a And then please read through this post. Navigation via the TABS at the top of the page. The "Community" tab is where all conversations and discussions happen. The "Classroom" tab is where all the recorded training courses are located. You can access these courses at any time but it is always best to work through them in order. Remember to click on the 'tick' at the top right of each module's screen once you have finished the module so that your progress is tracked and you can keep tabs on where you are up to in the training material. RULES: 1. Be active in the group. We want to help you grow your business and for you to help others so that we can all grow together. 2. Be kind. You don't have to agree with someone else's opinion and you can share your own, but always be respectful in how to conduct yourself. Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. 3. Support others. If someone has a question and you have so useful advice or options about it, please join in the conversation. YOUR INVOLVEMENT: As part of The Business Growth Project we ask you to commit to the following: - Comment on the Monday Morning Post - Comment on the Friday Morning Post - Be active in the community at least once a month IF YOU NEED HELP If you need help with anything you can message Simon Gibbs directly or you can create a post here in the group. When you create your post, you need to select a category to assign it to. Select "Advice Needed" at the bottom of the text area when creating your post. We will attend to your post as soon as we can. Please write "done" in the comments when you have read through this post. That way I can see who has actually completed their on-boarding. You will need to have your on-boarding complete before being able to book any coaching calls.

Let's do this Simon. I'd be interested in talking with you again.
Weekly Debrief
1. How did you go with your goals this week? (Done, in progress, not started) 2. What did you learn in relation to your goals? (Were there any lessons you learned while completing your goals) 3. What can you do to improve the outcome of your goals in the future? (Do it faster, do it better)

1. Action was taken towards my goals and I can say they where completed. 2. The live in my community exceeded expectations. I had 3 people (4 total including me) join the call. It was recorded and shared with my community. It embodied everything I wanted from a group call. I was able to give direction to some questions and also was presented with changeling questions I didn't have clear answers for. A learning opportunity for myself. My Live on my YT was met without any technical issues. However my topic, while was a good topic, seemed to run out of steam early. I felt the lack of completeness and preparedness as I exhausted my initial points. There was still a challenge like most YT lives of me not knowing the best way to transition to a closure to end the live. Part of the point of this YT Live is to come to the call without prep, or a clear plan and just discuss topics from the hip with my audience. It was my least attended call with only 1 person who joined late. 3. I need to invest more time into prepping my YT live to ensure I have a more solid frame work. I'm finding that the 1 hour I give myself to advance my knowledge of the streaming software and how I would 'direct' a Live always occur a new issue. And by the time It's time to go live I'm caught under prepared. I would hope that over time the experience strengthens my resolve with speaking to an audience of 0 and suddenly gaining anonymous viewers.

1. I'm starting my first Q&A via my Skool community. It's not only my first time attempting group coaching model, but will also be an example of how I may structure my Tech-Marketing Consulting within the group. 2. I'll be doing another weekly Live via my Coaching YT. The topic will be about Importance vs Urgency.
