Thanks @Nagina Abdullah for all the great information. Two days in row now that I have not had the need to snack in between meals. Having a fulfilling protein breakfast and eating my healthy carbs at lunchtime is making a difference.
Vegetables and Healthy Carbs for me plus more PROTEIN at breakfast, I already eat protein, usually meat of some variety at lunch and dinner. Just need to change eating my healthy carbs from dinner to lunch, and eat healthy snacks if I do feel like I need something extra in between meals. I had fish for breakfast this morning and I have some leftover venison with asparagus for lunch today.
I will exchange the stevia powder for cinnamon in my hot chocolate, and add more protein to my breakfast, haven’t decided on whether to have my usual yoghurt banana and walnuts or cook a piece of fish for breakfast.
