@Kathy Obrien my hubby and I love ginger ones. With the ginger green tea, we love just that. I have explored adding anything (I’m pretty new to it). Might have to see if it spikes my blood sugar to see…or make sure to have it with a meal if it does.

It’s not all or nothing, make the healthier choices. I know that if I eat something not supporting the weight loss and optimal health, it’s ok. Pick right back up and continue on…don’t let it blow the day! No matter how small the steps, they add up to BIG results!

Protein more (been working on that already) and cinnamon in my coffee. Want to try the infused water too.

@Nagina Abdullah 2 eggs, collagen protein powder in my coffee and a glass of unsweetened flax milk + protein. Then pair with a mandarin orange and perhaps 1 piece of my keto and paleo bread. It will get me around 27-31 g of protein, roughly 1/3 of my calories for the meal.
