Call Structure I've Used To Close Hundreds Of Deals
Morning everyone! I've had a few people message me asking how to I close clients on AI services. Here's the simplest call structure I've followed religiously for 6 years. First call: - Intro: Who you are, where you work, why you're calling - Benefit: What's in it for them? how this makes & saves them money - Questions: Have you used anything like this before? How much time are you spending following up with leads? How quickly are you following up? Get to their pain point. - Close: End the call by scheduling a 2nd call where you show a demo. Do NOT try to close on the first call. Second call: - Intro: Tell them what you're going to cover in the call. A demo, questions, and use case for them - Features: show what your platform does. Don't show every feature, only the ones related to their pain points you gathered on the previous call. - Questions: ask more questions about their business, repeat answers back to them to emulate understanding - Close: Ask if they'd like to sign up. Offer something free to sweeten the deal (30-day money back guarantee, free account setup, etc.) This is the easiest call structure to build rapport with prospects and create a "no pressure" close situation.
