Seth, Credits are automatic through the app. Not on the website. Credits max out at 15 per month. If you feel like there is a shipping issue send us an email and we can do a manual process and see if it changes for you.
Rogue Box - Shooting
What size Rogue box is being used for the shooting? Is there a link to where we can purchase the exact box being used?

Ryan, These boxes are through Rogue Fitness. If you go to roguefitness.com you can find them there. We use all different sizes in the videos however often times the highest size we will use is a 24" box with a 12" box onto of it.
Training
I’m currently a freshman and I’m pretty skilled besides shooting which I’m working on with Mike Dunn. My main issues is that I literally don’t know what to do when playing in games do lack of experience. Also I’m unathletic so I’m doing Nathaniel Morton btr1. So my main focuses are athleticism, playing well in real games, and shooting. How should I set my training schedule.

Seth, First I would need to see your shooting form to see if that is actually in need. Also I would suggest going through the realshooter program s it is geared to how shooters in today's game actually shoot the basketball. As far as your schedule goes that would all depend on how much time you have to train. My biggest advice would be to lean into your weaknesses as much as possible. Playing games can definitely help you feel more comfortable in games but you have to make sure your not struggling in game due to a lack of playing experience but could it be due to a lack of skill at this time?
Advice drills to game
My daughter 13yo looks great in drills, but is having issues translating these skills into games. She says she does not know what to do when defended and tries to think her way through playing instead of reacting to the defense . How do you train for this? Thanks Mark

Mark, Often times when a player looks great in drills they are actually missing something that is not allowing them to feel confident enough to do it in the game. And it sometimes is as simple as they need to take their intensity up a notch. One of my favorite Kyrie Irving quotes is "You don't obtain a skill until you can kill it" and for most players this tends to be the issue. They have to take it to an uncomfortable level where they may not look so great because they are pushing so hard. The other option is we just need to have a little patience with our players. If they are really putting in the work off the court and they are working out hard and really pushing themselves it will eventually connect. For some players it happens quicker than others. It could happen in tonights game or it could happen in a couple of months. Stay positive with her and keep encouraging her to use certain skills in games that she had been working on in her workouts. I often times like to tell players to pick 1 or 2 movements that they worked on this week and just try it in the game. if it works GREAT!!!! If it doesn't work then just back it out and kick it or get it back on the defensive end.
