Well said, my People places and things are big for me cause if I surround myself with people who don’t wanna work , be active , do positive things , try to better them selves on. Daily basis then sometimes I catch myself falling in that same category

In order to stay committed to personal growth you have to have goals that are close to your heart and resonate with you on a fundamental core belief system. In doing so your own growth will end up becoming part of your personality.

Perfectly said , I try to focus on things that I use to think were “out of reach” but today that’s the things I’m after because I’m starting realize nothing it’s out of reach .

What is the importance of self-awareness in mindset?
Self awareness is important in mindset for me because a lot of the time especially when you first get started out doing things, outside support and encouragement are near to none existent, so one must be able to have faith that they are doing things for the right reason and with enough consistency progress will be made.

i try and identify old behaviors I try and be aware of old thinking (stinking thinking) sometimes I don’t no what the right next thing to do is but like u I try and keep a positive outside support group of people who do the right next thing and not expect nothing in return .. it’s small things like this that help me . Cause I get to read other peoples daily reprieve on how to change and rebuild there mindset

Forward progression coupled with grace, and forgiveness coupled with boundaries.

i take suggestions from people on there experience. I also try and identify what’s not healthy for me but with that being said I don’t give up on when things get stressful I try and work threw them and then I try and recognize if it’s doing more harm than good . I also been trying to read more and participate in things like this.
