I add grass fed collagen powder into black coffee and froth it. You can add butter too. I find it works as a replacement for milk.
Welcome!!

Hi! I’ve been focusing on eating mostly whole foods for the last couple years till about 4 months ago when I started to transition to an animal based diet. Although, I didn’t feel bad on a whole foods diet I still felt bloated, had brain fog, breakouts on my face, anxiety and struggled to fall asleep. Since switching to animal based my bloating is gone and brain fog is gone. My anxiety, insomnia and skin problems have improved significantly since doing animal based but it’s definitely not 100% and they still have flare ups. I’m not sure if I need more time to fix these things or to eliminate the sugar from fruit and honey or the raw dairy. I tried full carnivore for a week a couple months ago and my digestion was struggling so I added in fruit and the fiber definitely helped. Any suggestions? Should I try carnivore again? I know it takes a couple weeks for your body to get used to it.

I live in Florida and I’m an Alternative medicine student. I started the animal based diet to heal my acne and hormones 🥩🍯🥚
