This raw vegan beetroot hummus is absolutely insane 😍
I love wrapping dips and foods in lettuce these days. The meal in the picture here is something I would typically have for dinner on a fully raw vegan day. ✅ Less then 5 simple ingredients ✅ Done in under 5 minutes Before that I always make sure I had enough delicious fruit and calories throughout the day to feel truly satiated afterwards. What are your top 3 favorite fruits?
If you had to pick only 3 fruits, which ones would it be? Mine change all the time and my general answer to this question is "Any fruit, if it's a good one" But currently, for me it is melon, mangoes and bananas. When my kitchen is filled with these, my life is complete. Which ones are yours? 👇

Mine are watermelon, persimmon, and cherimoya. Here in nz it's hard to get good quality fruit most is imported but if I can get fresh and local like these 3 when in season 😋🤤

@Muriel Mrosik thanks yes it's a beautiful country. I was born super intuitive but as an adult it faded but now I'm high raw I'm connected an clearer then ever such a blessing to not be bogged down an out by food.

This is exactly how I eat now after months of researching, reading, watching hundreds of YouTube videos this is what feels best for me I literally eat fruit all day and then have steamed sweet potatoe (my favorite vegetable) and sometimes some lightly steamed broccoli with a bowl of lettuce and I squeeze on some lime because I don't do vinegar and I can't find a clean salt free sauce or dressing. I should look online. I would love your tomatoe sauce recipe @Julia Sana it mite be nicer then mine lol. What was it that you added to you 2nd smoothie? Was it coconut sugar?
