Hello everyone 👉 Why did you decide to join our group? I want to learn more about the process of flipping and gain some experience with flipping. It seems this is the best type of real estate investing in socal lol 👉 What valuable experiences or skills do you bring to the table? As a mortgage broker what I bring to the table is the knowledge of different loan products available in the case that someone needs an exit plan if they cannot sell the property in time before the hard money note is due. I'm familiar with helping investors build their real estate portfolio by mortgage planning with them to make sure they start off on the right foot and avoid a bad experience on their first investment. 👉 Is there anything holding you back that we can assist with? Only thing holding me back is my lack of knowledge and experience when it comes to actually flipping a property and my capital is very low.
