Meditate for 30 days, see how you feel. You'll be a completely different person, start off at 1 minute a day and work your way up, your brain will be different,you'll think differently, you'll be happier and more mindful. Just try this 30 day challenge even if your not interested in meditation and after right what you think/feel in the comments.
