Rent prices on the decline?
Has anyone else noticed that rent prices seemed to have taken a cut back? I know during Covid they went up pretty significantly but now it seems hard to get those same rents. We've had higher vacancy this year than previous years and are having to cut our rent prices back pretty dramatically to fill the units.

@Kevin May I hate to hear that others are having a hard time too, however glad to know it's not just us lol. I've been wondering for awhile now if that area was getting over saturated. We even have some S8 accepted units that are vacant, which is really odd. Hopefully it will turn around soon.

@Kevin May it is very hard to do! I love time blocking - for me it helps to stay on track and help avoid distractions. Also I live by a "to-do" list and having things that I know need addressed and checking them off throughout the day gives me satisfaction for some reason, lol.
