Knee pain
After training I always have knee pain in the region of the patella tendon. Any tips for warm ups?

Hi @Jakob Oehring, in addition to stretching your quad, adductor, calf and hamstring muscles, you can incorporate gym sessions with squats, lunges and leg curls to strengthen you knees. Also, it is important to learn how to land properly after a jump to minimize the stress on your knees. I hope this helps. CheersπŸ™‚
Returning to active training
I've not trained for volleyball for about 8 months. I had a surgery and needed time to recover. I have resumed workouts at the gym to rebuild strength and endurance so I can get back to the game. I have injured both my knees before, so I hope to strengthen them and to learn how to land properly after a jump. Thanks you the read. CheersπŸ˜‰
