Did my Monday Leg workout
It was hard tonight, Natasha and I were late getting home tonight and then had to make supper and then I had a couple of projects and then and then etc. It would have been so easy to say, “To heck with it, what is one skipped workout” but my amazing partner in crime as well as my partner in this journey wouldn’t let me. Even though I had to modify my work out a bit, held my wall sit 15 more seconds than last time for each of my 3 sets but had to drop an exercise (my knees wouldn’t take it tonight) I did it and this was after doing a 15 minute interval walk at a 3.5 incline. I am so glad I did it!
