Final day of camp 😭
I wasn’t sure what the camp would bring. However, this experience blew away any expectations I thought I had. More impressive than the incredible Jiu Jitsu development, the friendships and bonding that were made during this time were extraordinary. I’m so proud with what we did here. I’m Extremely sad that it’s coming to an end, but I’m just as confident that everyone here is leaving this camp a better person. Mentally, physically, and spiritually. In addition, the community became even stronger, as if that was even possible. I love Flow State Jiu Jitsu. Thank you for making this happen! Be on the lookout for camp next year!

Mason has absolutely loved every minute of camp this week. He has made many new friends and learned a lot on and off the mat. He even made a workout schedule to get stronger at home. 😄 Of course the workout at home is after a quick 'resting of his eyes' on the way home. Lol. Thank you so much for everything you are doing and teaching the kids! You all are a blessing to our community. A huge thanks to your teen volunteers too. It's great to have other examples for Mason to look up to. Can't wait for camp next year and to see how Mason does during his first tournament Saturday.

Mason also loved the ice bath. He's going for 1.5-2 mins tomorrow. Lol.
