For anyone interested. Look forward to seeing you there. Any topics would be appreciated. Just a thought, What do you think is the best martial art and for what application? (Ex. For... licensed fighting, defense, discipline, body transformation, etc.)

I gotta come up with a different name than "Q&A" because this is more of a discussion, and I look forward to getting more people involved in future conversations. This was a great one as we talk about the realities of Personal Protection/Self-Defense within the martial arts world. @James Goodman Bob is trying to make it a weekly event and hopefully topics for the following event will come up. Keep an eye on the calendar. I believe Bob will also put up the event on the community page. Do you have any suggestions for time and day?
