How do you incorporate both mental and physical activities into your daily routine? Do you prioritize certain activities like exercising, reading, meditation, or social interactions, and how do these impact your overall well-being?
Something I am really trying to do is motivate myself in more exercise. I generally tell myself is not so important because I'm physically working everyday. I have just started cutting out added sugar after watching a podcast at how much is in day yo day stuff and I've also started breathing techniques. We'll see how that goes.
