Since we got quite a bit of a discussion going on around the topic of sleep, I thought I'd add a tip around music that's dear to my heart. I was first introduced to the concept of binaural beats when attending a retreat by Niraj Naik, who has also been composing some of the background music of Wim Hof's work. You gotta listen to binaural beats with headphones as in each ear, you'll hear a different frequency which then produces a third one in your brain because of the combination of the two. Note that original files of binaural music are best, but in the meantime, a simple search on YouTube like 'binaural beats stress release' can already bring great results.
