Horrid! I used to own a British green Jaguar in the early 2000s and back then, it meant (to me) classy, refined, style, chic, tradition, etc. The new brand exudes some sort of 1960s Dr. Who meets the United Colors of Bennetton, which feels the complete opposite of the brand I knew and trusted. Apparently, I am no longer their target audience.
Agreed. It's not about the fantasy of owning the car or the lifestyle they'd have if they owned it. It just felt like it was right out of a sci-fi movie (even reminiscent of Lost in Space), or as I previously said, Dr. Who. But hey, sometimes bad press is still good press. People are talking about it—and maybe that's the whole point. Jaguar is sparking conversations and getting people curious, even if the reactions are mixed.
I am so grateful for this incredible group of people who so enthusiastically participate in connecting with other members, share their knowledge and time and spread the word to help me create a robust community of eager professionals. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
@Michael Agrusso Welcome to FRN. We've very happy to have you here. Please post an introduction to the group and let everyone know about your ideal customer and your professional superpower!
@Michael Agrusso Love it! I have worked with many SMBs in various industries as well as corporate settings, and solo entrepreneurs. Everything from HR/Law, Industrial equipment, Steel, Eye care/Eye Insurance, to Authors, Coaches, Speakers, and many more. I've enjoyed many while others weren't so great. The beauty of being an entrepreneur since 2003 is that I've been able to dabble here and there and find whom I enjoy working with best.
